Watermaster II Wader demo

I read a lot of comments on the wader posts about zippers. I also heard from some readers that they were a little unclear on the roll down feature of the Watermaster II wader. Here's a one minute video that demonstrates how the feature works (turn volume up). The demo does not show that you can relieve yourself without removing layers or a jacket but I think you can see that it is possible for men...for women it's tricky but I've heard tell that it's possible. Keep the wader conversation going. I'm still listening. Phone camera work by Rene Braun.

Very cool demo Steve. Thanks for that! I have nothing to add and I'm using the roll down feature much to my own comfort. I did like the roll down shot with the inside pouch turned out at crotch level (as I saw on your Flickr stream). This 'crotch pouch' is remeniscant of similar, intricaly embroidered pouches among various tribes across the globe at some point in time.

Thanks Taco. I'm considering doing other video installments on product. There's a lot more that could be done just on the Watermaster II waders. Stay tuned.

If anyone has suggestions for future video clips please let me know.

This is agreat blog. I've heard a lot about the WM IIs (almost all good)....what is the scoop on the WM Lights? How durable are they? What are the primary differences between the lights and the traditional WMs?

Thanks

I'm glad you asked about the Watermaster Light Waders Anonymous. We call them “lightweight” but they can go toe to toe like a heavyweight. They are a sleeker version of the Watermaster II's and are just as waterproof and breathable, but significantly lighter and more supple. When you consider our proprietary 3-layer HydroStorm™ waterproof/breathable fabric package, anatomically patterned fit, specific right and left neoprene feet and features including inside zippered pocket, built-in gravel guards and adjustable stretch wading belt, no other wader on the market stacks up at their price. Exceptionally light and packable, yet tough enough for all season use, these are the perfect waders for traveling, quick trips and long walk-ins. They come in the full compliment of sizes too.

Thank you for the blog compliment but know that it's you that makes it great.

The Watermaster II Wader video just hit the 1200 unique views mark. Not bad for a grassroots project shot with a camera phone. This video has been up for 8 months so it has averaged approximately 5 views unique views a day since it went up.
